De-Stress Fest In-Person
Taking a break from studying is important to reduce stress, improve focus, and refresh your mind and body. Join us during Reading Period for an array of activities, movie screenings, free snacks and drinks, and therapy dogs!

Tuesday, April 29th
- Donuts and coffee | 9am - 11am (or until supplies last) | Barnum Hall lobby
- Community Paint Day | 10am - 3pm | Barnum Hall
- Therapy animals: Archer the dog and Hermie the hamster | 11:30am - 1:30pm | Tisch Library lobby
* Hermie will be arriving at 12pm and leaving when he gets tired 😴
- Film Screening: Paddington | 1:30pm - 3pm | DSDI Community Research Hub (Tisch Library 224)
- Free snacks and beverages provided, as well as activities such as bracelet making and coloring
- Button making | 1:30pm - 3pm | Tisch Library lobby

For additional support even after Reading Period is over, visit the Tufts Archival Research Center (TARC) to pick up a care package! Available throughout finals week while supplies last. TARC is located on Ground Floor (G Floor) of Tisch Library.
