EZproxy Link Migration Drop-In In-Person / Online
In January 2025, the Tufts Libraries transitioned to a new, more secure authentication system for accessing library resources called OpenAthens. To help with the transition, we continued to support EZproxy through the spring semester, and we will continue to do so throughout the summer. However, we plan to retire EZproxy before the start of the Fall 2025 semester. When EZproxy is retired, any existing EZproxy links will stop working.
To transition to OpenAthens, you will need to manually update your EZproxy links in:

Canvas syllabi, modules, and course pages

Course webpages
-
Citation managers (like EndNote and Zotero)
-
Personal bookmarks in browsers
We are holding a series of drop-in support sessions to help you update your EZproxy links. Use the Zoom link below to attend this session.
