Overview of the ESRI ArcGIS Ecosystem: From Maps to Apps

Overview of the ESRI ArcGIS Ecosystem: From Maps to Apps In-Person / Online

ESRI ArcGIS is SO much more than just ArcGIS Pro! In todays job market, it is important to know about all that ESRI software has to offer, especially when it comes to online applications! Join us for this in-person lunch & learn (with pizza!) to hear about the breadth of the ArcGIS ecosystem and learn about a few applications you can utilize in your research, classes, projects, and future careers.

In this session, we’ll showcase how ArcGIS Pro connects to a wide range of powerful applications for data collection, visualization, storytelling, and decision-making. You’ll see live demos of:

  • ArcGIS Online – cloud-based mapping & sharing

  • Survey123 – mobile-friendly data collection apps

  • StoryMaps – engaging web-based publishing and storytelling (with or without maps!)

  • Experience Builder – custom apps and dashboards

Whether you’re brand new to GIS or already use ArcGIS Pro, this session will help you understand the bigger picture of the ArcGIS ecosystem and give you a leg up in your future GIS career!

Bring your appetite and your curiosity—pizza provided! 🍕 There will also be a zoom link provided for those wanting to join online!

*No need to install any applications or software.
