Learn how to work with R/RStudio on the Tufts HPC. Building on the Introduction to R on the HPC and the RMarkdown Basics trainings, this mini-workshop will cover best practices for reproducible environments and building parallel workflows in RStudio on the Tufts HPC. The R & RStudio workshop is recommended but not required prior to attending this session.
