Scalable and Reproducible Bioinformatics with Nextflow and nf-core (Part 1) Online
Modern genomic research requires moving beyond manual scripts to automated, production-grade workflows. In the first part of nextflow and nf-core workshop workshop, we will show you how to run professional bioinformatics pipelines on the Tufts HPC. Instead of writing messy scripts, you will learn to use Nextflow and nf-core to automate your analysis. We will focus on the practical steps needed to get these workflows running smoothly on our cluster.
Requirements:
- This workshop will use the newly updated HPC. If you don't have access to the new cluster(https://ondemand-prod.pax.tufts.edu/), please submit a cluster account request at least 3 days prior to the workshop.
