Project Management Overview - Part 1 In-Person
Split into two parts, this workshop provides a basic understanding of the methodologies, concepts, and tools used to complete a project as well as a commonly used five stage project lifecycle. In Part 1 of this workshop, we will identify the key activities in the project lifecycle, discuss the components and uses of a project charter, understand the role of the triple constraint in project management, and apply it in determining project scope.
