Anti-Racism Reading Group In-Person
Please join the Hirsh Health Sciences Library in our summer Anti-Racism Reading Group discussion! We hope this will be an empowering space of learning and unlearning that will catalyze change in your respective departments, disciplines, and fields.
We will be reading the book Body and Soul: The Black Panther Party and the Fight against Medical Discrimination by Alondra Nelson. You can find an online copy at the following link: https://tufts.box.com/s/rb3qy82oegy1wwzdaqaaebxlrmkgmhzq
The July meeting will discuss Chapter 3 and Chapter 4. You do not need to have attended the June discussion to participate in the July discussion.
Discussion questions will be coming soon! The Zoom invitation will be sent out to the email you registered with one hour before the event begins.
*Note: Due to limited number of seats available, and to maintain trust and security among the group, attendance is limited to those served by the Hirsh Health Sciences Library. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
