Anti-Racism Reading Group In-Person

Please join the Hirsh Health Sciences Library in our summer Anti-Racism Reading Group discussion! We hope this will be an empowering space of learning and unlearning that will catalyze change in your respective departments, disciplines, and fields.

We will be reading the book Body and Soul: The Black Panther Party and the Fight against Medical Discrimination by Alondra Nelson. You can find an online copy at the following link: https://tufts.box.com/s/fnfkontc6ke9mttlafv9a5a02evh17rw

The August meeting will discuss Chapter 5 and the Conclusion. You do not need to have attended the June or the July discussions to participate in the August discussion.

View the discussion questions here: https://tufts.box.com/s/fnfkontc6ke9mttlafv9a5a02evh17rw

The Zoom invitation will be sent out to the email you registered with one hour before the event begins.

*Note: Due to limited number of seats available, and to maintain trust and security among the group, attendance is limited to those served by the Hirsh Health Sciences Library. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
