Intro to HPC/Slurm/Linux For Life Sciences (Part 1 of 4) Online

Delilah Maloney, Senior High Performance Computing Specialist, and Adelaide Rhodes, Senior Bioinformatics Scientist, will be presenting an overview on the Tufts High Performance Computing Cluster, SLURM and basic Linux commands.

This introductory virtual workshop will cover the basics of using the Tufts High Performance Computing Cluster (HPC) using OnDemand. Users will be introduced to basic Linux commands and how to use the SLURM job scheduler to run and monitor jobs on the HPC. This workshop is open to the Tufts community and is appropriate for anyone who would like to work on the Tufts HPC Cluster. No prior experience is required.
