Intro to Geneious Demo and Training Online

Organized by Research Technology TTS

Evan Starr, PhD, Field Application Scientist, will be presenting an overview demonstration of Geneious Prime

Geneious Prime is a comprehensive software suite of molecular biology and NGS analysis tools. It is highly visual, easy to use, and collaborative. The demo will cover a basic introduction to the program, including importing data, basic sequence manipulation and annotation, and a deeper dive into NGS analysis and amplicon metagenomics.

For more information on Geneious Prime, please see the website: geneious.com

This workshop will be held virtually. The first hour will be a demo, with time for questions at the end. Please make sure to download Geneious to your own laptop and load the license before the workshop.
